Thank you for your trust in the UCHS Feral & Barn Cat Clinic. Please note that ALL CATS WILL BE EAR TIPPED. Ear tipping is done to ensure quick/easy identification that a cat has been spayed/neutered. Ear tipping is safe and is performed under general anesthesia. The size of the ear tip will be at the discretion of the veterinarian. Please note that some cats appear to have a greater amount tipped because of varying hair lengths.
