Providing Care Before Adoption; Working with Adopters After!

At the Union County Humane Society, we spay/neuter, microchip, temperament test and vet check 100% of the animals that we adopt to the public and continue to work with our adopters following adoption.

Our actual monetary investment in each animal is ALWAYS more than the adoption fee. Each Adopted Animal:
  • Has been examined by our veterinarian
  • Has been spayed/neutered
  • Is on heartworm preventative
  • Is on flea preventative
  • Has been treated for worms
  • Has been vaccinated
  • Has been microchipped
That’s a value of over $700!

Adoptions can occur on the day you come in to meet your forever friend. Get started here!

All adoptions are subject to staff approval.
